I'm a fan of both companies, so my view is probably skewed.
Still, looking at it from the DC side of my brain, Captain America and The Sub-Mariner are two that I've consistently liked.
Beyond that, I'd say I lean towards Marvel's Second Bananas. Hawkeye. Speedball was an underappreciated gem IMO. Both interpretations of The White Tiger.
