This quote has been stuck in my head for years, and it always cracked me up. I recently rewatched Captain America and Captain America 2: Winter Soldier, and I couldn't find who or when this was said. I have the Blu Rays, and I watched the deleted scenes from Winter Soldier (my Captain America blu ray doesn't have any deleted scenes), and it's not there either. Does anyone remember this line, and could you tell me where I can find it?
