    No probably-it WAS.

You have a film with 3 ICONS-Batman, Superman & WW. That is stress ALONE.

Now toss in doing that film and looking over at the House of Mouse. People FOUGHT against Black Panther and Cap marvel (including a former DC employee) and they both made a billion. We won't mention Antman. or GOTG.

How could that environment NOT be a daily trip to the ER is amazing.

The phrase "hostile work environment" actually does refer to a legal standard. Federal law requires a coupling of harassment and discrimination based on a protected category, though California law seems to make it even easier to bring a claim. The discrimination doesn't have to be super blatant if, in the totality of the circumstances, the harassment was severe. The devil is in the details, and we don't have those yet.

Then someone should ask Ray-a simple YES or NO-based on the LEGAL definition of Hostile Work Environment and its components-did anything during filming fit those legal terms? And how many. Do not state which ones just say yes and give a number.

it might not be much but it can give folks an idea.

Who announces a fake movie to deflect attention away from possible controversy?
    Nobody.

HOWEVER we have had fake movie titles get tossed around during casting calls. The WB could EASILY use Frosty Snowman as a cover for Aquaman 2 or any other movie he signed to do that they are producing.

And that's true in any corporation or business. it's often even rewarded if it has a positive effect on the bottom line -- even if only in the short run. Not saying it's right, but we can't all go crying to the public just because our bosses are a-holes.

That's likely why some people are so reclutant to believe Fisher.

The accusations seem to indicate that Whedon and Johns were jerks, but so far their behavior doesn't seem a lot worse than what people would regularly received in any corporation (especially during periods of stress).

I think we can, and should.

Just get it trending on Twitter. Twitter bestowed upon us the holy Snyder Cut, now if we place our faith in it again, it will deliver justice for Ray Fischer!

I think that referred to our own (sometimes crappy) bosses. Not quite the same platform, hehe.

The incident is on camera and that's his co-star. It doesn't need to personally involve him to take a stand on it. It makes him look like a hypocrite when his own co-stars do something like this and he's silent. You'd think he'd at least publicly distance himself from or call out Miller even indirectly - that's what the Rock did with Vin Diesel.

#MeToo got justice by naming accuses and getting into specifics. It's how Harvey Weinstein ended up in jail, they didn't do that just by making insinuations on twitter.

It’s not the first time Momoa lied for Snyder and his crew. I don’t believe his words bring much credibility to Fisher’s accusation.

What you wrote doesn't change the number of significant differences I listed. He wasn't there, he doesn't know if that woman was given restitution of any kind, and it happened in a context totally different to an employer-employee relationship. He's choosing to take a stand on something more broad that he experienced himself. I don't expect a worker shedding light on abuse from their employer to publicly call out a coworker who assaulted somebody while on vacation. It would be nice if he did it, but I don't get why you would put the burden on him to call out his coworkers every time they do something unjust in their own life just because he's accusing someone of mistreating him. It's now how it works.

    When has he lied?

He said he’d already watched the Snycer Cut while refused to say any details about that during a interview with MTV when the RTSC twitter movement was hyped up. That was obviously a lie because 1) he said he wanted to watch Snyder’s version of JL at another time, that means it’s impossible he’d seen it. 2)we all knew the Snyder Cut didn’t exist back then because WB reinvested 30m to get it done. Momoa did what he did to support Snyder and his crew in return for the career development Snyder’s helped with.

Miller did that at a red carpet event IIRC. On camera. But he could find out, he's got more contact with the industry and Miller himself than we do. Abuse shouldn't be tolerated anywhere, not simply because it didn't personally involve ourselves or the business relationship we're in. Because if this does eventually blow up on Miller, and somehow Fisher does get to be Cyborg in the new Flash film Miller's the star of it will directly impact him. His "stand" is not a social moment, he's not doing what John Boyega's doing with Black Lives Matter it's about Fisher personally being abused on set. Supposedly Fisher's upset about others at WB looking the other way when he was abused, which would be very ironic when it came to Miller. If he was just staying silent to maintain his business credentials until his next role this might have worked, it's be terrible but consistent but that's not what Fisher's doing. He's shouting from the rooftops about abuse and naming names. Fisher's got more to lose by angering Whedon than Miller. It's his burden because that's what he's chosen to make himself by taking down Whedon, Berg and WB's top management. Nobody else is doing this. People support other people when they are abused, this is how #MeToo gained traction and why Weinstein is in prison for life. The problem with Fisher is that all he's accused Whedon of "abuse," acts like he's in the middle of a court case on social media, and refuses to clarify anything of substance. How it works is by calling out abuse, and Fisher hasn't done that properly. And he has remained silent when another cast member was in a scandal abusing someone on camera. It's selfish to do something for your own gain but refuse to help others in similar circumstances. Fisher reached out to Peter Shinoka to support each other, but a no name who was abused on camera by a co-star? Hasn't got the time of day to say a word.

He is a hypocrite. He said nothing when one of his costars choked a girl, one was accused of groping and another ruined her ex-husband’s life with lies. He turned a blind eye when Snyderbots kept harassing and cursing people, spreading rumors and slanders for more than 2 years, pretending they were the good guys while ignoring the fact that the RTSC campaign was actually initiated and led by a racist Fiona Zheng who Zack Snyder brought to the DC Fandome panel. And Fisher is still using these people to build hype for him. Good for him to say “Accountability>Entertainment”.
