Okay, the worst has to be whoever wrote Dick Grayson having pity sex with Babs while delivering his wedding invitation with Kori

    Let's see

    Marc Andreyko

While not my favorite character, Tom King on Booster Gold in The Gift and Grant Morrison and Christopher Priest on Talia is right up there

    ~Duke Thomas

Best: Lee Bermejo (character-wise); Scott Snyder (vision and scope)
    Worst: Bryan Hill

    ~Jason Todd

    Best: Scott Lobdell (begrudgingly)
Worst: N/A but Geoff Johns might be making a case with Three Jokers from what I hear

    ~Aquaman

    Best: Kelly Sue Deconnick
    Worst: N/A

    ~Wallace West

    Best: Christopher Priest
    Worst: Joshua Williamson

    ~Black Lightning

Best: N/A (hasn't reached full potential on the page yet)
Worst: Tony Isabella (a big part of the reason for the first section)

    ~Mr. Terrific

Best: Gene Leun Yang; Jeff Lemire
    Worst: N/A

    ~Jessica Cruz

    Best: Sam Humphries
Worst: N/A but tempted to put Dan Jurgens for the way he nosedived the Green Lanterns finale.

    ~Cyborg

Best: Writers on Doom Patrol & the Teen Titans animated series
Worst: Geoff Johns but only because his limp addition and use of Vic on the League set the tone for Vic's weak storylines and awkward position in the DC landscape thereafter.

I believe the worst out of all Swamp Thing writers is toss up, between Mark Millar + Grant Morrisson or Brian K. Vaughn.

I think if he wrote an actual WW title he'll write her different than in Injustice.

Worst for Superman based relative to what I've read is Lobdell.

Best is... oh this is harder. Morrison, Tomasi, Jurgens or Siegel. Byrne is good for what he did but I don't enjoy what he did that much compared to the other four.

I think I have to go with Siegel because his version is what convinces me that there's no way people will connect Superman with Clark Kent despite their physical similarities because his Superman is so macho while his Clark is so cowardly.

King on Swamp Thing was a big success, counting as another character reinvigoration. Grayson was an incredibly well-received turnabout on the adventures of Dick Grayson. Regardless what one feels about the reboot scenario, it had plenty of good writers producing good runs for a variety of characters.
To each his own. The New 52 was the beginning of just about all the characters that I care about either being tossed into purgatory or character assassination.

Probably, yes. But I’ve never gotten a particular sense even in the few times he did write her elsewhere he has any strong grasp of her outside of DCAU-like haughty warrior woman.

My problem with his Injustice writing is I felt he was rather lazy with her as he never actually tried to explain her journey from Point A to Point Z like he did most everyone else, just doubled down on Lady MacBeth/Arm Candy nonsense. Well, aside from a Johnny-come-lately slapdash altered origin story he wrote in an annual years later to ride off 2017 movie’s coattails.

DCeased also hasn’t really helped him either.

Eeehhhh... I'm no Marv Wolfman fan for Cyborg, and his stent on the Rebirth Cyborg was... Poor. Like, it was really kinda bad, quite frankly.

Best comicbook writer(s) for Cyborg are still David F. Walker and John Semper Jr. for me.

I don't think Brian Azzarello is the worst Wonder Woman's writer. That place can be given to Finch for his god-awful God of War arc.

    BATMAN - David V Reed

GREEN LANTERN - Geoff Johns. I felt like it just sucked after GL:Rebirth
