What do you think?
Any attempt to make him look better has only ever made him look worse.
There’s no reason you can’t just go w. his basic look and make it visually interesting. Some artists manage it just fine.

Dr. Druid with the ponytail.
^^^Pretty sure, yeah.
For better -and- worse, he is what he is.
A bald, poor man’s Doc Strange who wears a very unflattering red body suit w. thankfully, a rather cool hooded cloak that’s more age appropriate and goes w. his Druid gimmick. As far as bad designs go, it’s a pretty classic one, really.
There was even a story how he went from bald to Fabio. I love the zaniness of the 90s.
Dr Druid is still dead isn't he? Then no.
She-Hulk and Wasp ranked him lowest in their Hunkiest Male Avengers list. No ponytail will change that.

Bald with runes tattooed on his scalp is the look that he needed. Not a ponytail.
Despite the fact that he's somewhat of a joke, I always think about what could have been with Warren Ellis' take on Druid. He definitely looked cooler, and tying him more to the druids of old was a good way to separate him from other magic users in the MU. I'll agree with other posters here that it wasn't necessarily the ponytail itself that made him look cooler so much as ANYTHING was an improvement on his old look
I prefer the ponytail. His first design was too "yellowface".
