Brainiac comes to mind. Nothing like a cyborg that either wants to transform humanity into borgs or wipe them out completely.
With the exception of Trigon/Nekron, the demons don't really interfere in trying to take over the world (the devil, Neron) but they are obviously a powerful menance
There is the Greek gods as well (Ares & Circe)
I don't think anyone has mentioned Doomsday yet, there is Mongul to
