A question. Is The Sinestro Corps still considered as a threat? I mean under the Venditti's pen they seems to be like the anti-hero to GL corps.

Does Epoch with his Revision Mechanic count ? After all, it's what can potentially allow Darkseid to rewrite the whole history of the Multiverse.

Perpetua is also not half-bad. She could be used better, but she got a lot of potential, I think.

I think the way to think is that the Epoch count because of his Revision Mechanic. Kind like Thanos is a multiversal threat, not because of his power, but, because of the Infinity Gauntlet or Heart of Universe or whatever Jim Starlin wanted to give Thanos.
