Tbh the locale of all this confuses the hell out of me. Is Arrako also located in Otherworld?

I don't remember where, but I think Arakko was mentioned as being sent adjacent to Otherworld. So, it's 'in' Otherworld but not in what we'd think of as Otherworld. Like how the islands by Canada are a part of France but not what you think of as France.

The initial story tells us that Apoc threw Arakko into the fallen world of Amneth to seal the "chasm between two worlds", but now the preview saying that the horsemen are in the Otherworld which seems to suggest at least some connection between the two... Or maybe they only reached the Otherworld through other means like they were able to sent Summoner to earth. Idk

So as far as identical looking, characterless, randomly introduced hordes of demons or aliens go, which number does this one have?
