Bare hands Casey in some versions has the raw talent to give Ralphael a good run for his money and he’s not a chump, I know of Steve I s fighting off nooks but not biggest WW fan.

I don't see any specific version of Casey, here. Hence, we're talking about original Casey Jones from the B&W TMNT series Way Back When™.

This version of Casey, as noted, HAS no aim-dodge feats (in fact, much like the Turtles themselves, his response to gunfire is 'jump for cover and hide'). Additionally, his sole capacity for ranged combat is throwing baseball bats. He DOES this on occasion, but it's all short-ranged and, to put it mildly, he's no Matt Murdock.

In the arena I'm backing Trevor to simply shoot him dead.
