From what I've been able to observe, the Stranger has had a lot of difficulty handling Silver Surfer, whom Thanos is infamous for trouncing on numerous occasions.

If you believe Stranger is above Galactus then there would be nothing "kinda hard" about deciding who wins this fight. I also don't think you're using PIS correctly. I don't even know what "PIS is above Thanos" means. If you are saying he has more instances of PIS..that might not necessarily be true. Though if that is what you meant then I still don't understand what is meant by "he wins due to having better PIS". Why would having better PIS give you a win?

He was supposed to be, but I don't think he actually is. It's obvious the other faces of the LT just could not handle the competition. The combination of the Stranger's mustache and outfit would of just made all the cosmic ladies pay attention to only him and nobody else. You can tell the mustache was probably forged from the heart of a dwarf star.

For what it's worth, when Thanos wanted to take the Reality Gem from the Stranger, he did it by stealth instead of just beating down the Stranger.
