Joanna Cargill/Frenzy Appreciation 2020

I hope we see here in a book again. She is a badass, but under served character.

Supposedly 10 tons, same as Spider-Man, although she has been shown throwing down with the likes of She-Hulk or Rogue, who are far stronger than that. (Perhaps she's just a better fighter, or, as would be reasonable, She-Hulk and Rogue don't punch full force all the time, lest they be hip deep in manslaughter...).

10 tons makes sense, for someone who was originally meant to face off against a team whose 'heavy' was the Beast (who, at the time, was around 5 tons-ish, IIRC, although he shot up to 70 tons briefly later during that run), and not someone like Colossus or Rogue.

She's definitely 'steel-hard' though, one of those cases like Luke Cage (initially) of someone who is much tougher on the defense, than she is strong on the offense.

Hmm I always say her as at least 50 ton range.. like she seemed like she could hold her own against Rogue with Ms. Marvel powers in a fight fight..I do think of colossus and Gentle as the physically strongest mutants so I wonder if we will ever do some delineation among the strong folks like Piotr, Guido, Monet, Joanna, Forearm, James, and Gentle .. Dang we really dont have all that many super strength types ... we have an ass of telepaths/telekinetics/psionics and blasters with a few elemental types

Part of why I didn't recognize her...
When asked about the pallor of Manifold (and by extension Frenzy) , Schiti dismissed it as a printing error and said he (and by extension she) would be darker.

I've been waiting for Frenzy to be in something for so long. I'm super interested how she gets involved with this crew and what the mission statement is. I like that Valerio said they're "researchers not astronauts." Ugh! I'm so happy.

It wasn't corrected, it was pretty obvious from the other image that the problem was the glare. I mean Cable's black thigh pants were basically white due to the flash in the original pic as well.

Roughly, how strong is Joanna? Is she around 80's Rogue's strength level, so about the 50 ton range? Or is she around Spider-Man, early Luke Cage range?
