I dunno who Rampage is. I've looked up various sites to find this character and nothing......HOWEVER, it would be an amazing moniker for Fabian. I'm really loving this team. I wanna see where Magneto and Fabian stand as teammates. There is so much to love about this book. Brand's new hairstyle is doing it for me. Frenzy's smirk is so dead on. Manifold is just awesome. This looks really great. Kinda wish they brought Tarot with them.

Yeah, Dominions are expanding because they seek to assimilate more intergalactic cultures into themselves to expand their knowledge. They really have no need, but the same can be said for any expansionist empire.

Expansionist empires ran on the philosophy of mercantilism the economy theory that came before capitalism or socialism. It was the belief that money was a zero sum product. The more gold you had the less your enemy had. That’s why you had expand and “take” as much as you could. It’s why we don’t have expansionist empires like that on earth anymore. It’s a big problem in marvel that they have these giant post need societies expanding all over just because they can. That’s not how things ever worked. Also if the Titans are expanding because of their desire for more knowledge (which is NOT stated anywhere it’s just assumed because they answered the world minds call in powers) then that just means knowledge is money now and trade exists. Knowledge is a bit general in terms lol what “type” of knowledge do the Titans want? Entertaining shows? Porn? Math proofs? Bibles? That would be a fun conversation! The Titans exist solely to make better banana bread perhaps? There is a game called papercip maker that is praised as one of the deepest explorations of ai concepts. You make empires and god like AI machines but in the end you still just make paper clips and when all existing matter is a paper clip you turn yourself into a paper clip. So my question is what is the Titans paper clip? It’s gotta have one!

why does Ewing seem so adamant, and scared about writing cosmic characters that have huge power but are not abstracts??? Like he always passes on the chance of writing heralds of galactus or quasars or even gladiator himself(ewing would write him soooo well) and whenever he comes slightly close he always seems to have a way of not writing such characters he always deviates to earthbound heroes(like monica and adam B.)

Right now he's writing GOTG but he still seems not to care about anything that is beyond diplomacy nor the whereabouts of heroes who are supposed to protect the universe from things like an invasion.

he legit talked about abstracts and had him on his comics but he did nothing besides change galactus(which was reverted in infinity countdown) and tried to introduce the first firmament but literally didn't expand nothing on "infinity was the 7th multiverse". Yes his ultimates and ultimates 2.0 were amazing. But if felt forced that he skipped the middle man and no one besides those earth heroes were aware of the circumstances even tho 99% of them cosmic heroes have cosmic awareness.

If I remember correctly, Silver Surfer was in the Slott series, there was no Quasar until Spencer's Captain America, Nova was still dead, and Ronan was exiled in Hala after Black Vortex.

in 2016 there were 2 versions of norrin, the one that was stuck in the previous universe(with galactus) but that version lived from the beginning of the universe until the current time so he would be more than available since dawn was already dead. from what i remember avril got the bands 2016 and before that the status quo on wendell was that he was still a hero.

But there were plenty of other heralds out there and nova(frankie) came back in 2010. But ultimates wasn't bad at all. it just didnt lead anywhere
