I remember Rick became Bucky back in the Seventies, in part because he was a dead ringer (no pun intended) for the then still very much deceased Bucky Barnes.
Well, Bucky’s been back for ages now as Winter Soldier and I was wondering if the two had met and noticed their resemblance to each other.

Not to my knowledge, though Marvel should do something with that at some point. Given that Rick died and was resurrected so he could be used as a kind of weapon, somewhat similar to how Bucky became the Winter Soldier, they might find some common ground there.
