    My choices are Mark Waid (Flash run esp 'Born to Run', Brave and the Bold, JLA: Year One) and Darwyn Cooke (New Frontier) as those were the comics that got me to like Barry Allen as a character. Anyone who writes him as a whiny momma's boy who fucks up the timeline every tuesday gets an automatic fail in my book.

    I've been watching these clips on Youtube and I can't help but think that this guy is how a modern Barry Allen should act:
