I need a good E.T. to join my fanfic team. I'm specifically referring to any person or entity that was not born on Earth proper, or any alternate universe Earth. Who is your favorite?

Skullfire from X-Men 2099 before he became all energy for the alternate earth. For the aliens I would go with Ariel from the original Fallen Angels.
My Top 3:
1. Silver Surfer
2. Thanos
3. Genis-Vell

Probably Adam Warlock or was it that he was more created as well as Her?

1. K'lrt
2. Captain Glory
3. Noh-Varr
4. Warlock
5. Galactus
6. Ego the Living Planet
7. Thor
8. Loki
9. Beta Ray Bill
10. Hercules (Can he be considered as extraterrestrial now?)
11. Norrin Radd
12. Queen of Never
13. Infinity
14. Eternal
15. The Elders of the Universe
16. Ronan
17. Inhumans
And so many more, because I love Marvel's cosmic so much.
Galactus
Gladiator
Ronan
Kl’Rt
I always thought the Skrull Queen from Secret Invasion could have made a return here or there. The religious and “belief” she had was a nice layer.
My immediate answer would be Rocket Raccoon. He’s an Alien right? But then I’m thinking, sure, he was created on Halfworld but where did they acquire a Raccoon? Is he actually from Earth? If his origin is dubious enough to count, he’s my answer.
If not, Groot.
Depends on what kind of role you want the character to fill. Deathbird is not the most powerful of choices, but she can nicely range between street level and Iron Man-scale plots, has a range of tech capabilities, and she's treacherous, making for good group tension.
Warlock is by far my favorite.
Then it's Beta Ray Bill.
Then Xavin and Karolina Dean.
Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way
I'm definitely not looking for the Cosmic Abstracts or anything quite that powerful. This person would be joining a team on Earth, its adoptive home, where they will bring their unique perspective, wisdom and prowess to the group. I'm tired of the xenophobia and anti-mutant hysteria narratives, so I wanted to use a character that the world knows is alien, but is nevertheless loved or at least recognizable and respected the world over.
Enitharmon the Weaver. Shockingly under-used.
