Found a Batman #2 at an estate sale in a box of paper items

This is my first post here. I found what I believe is a #2 issue of Batman in a box of paper at an estate sale. Attached are some photos - Can you please confirm. It's missing the covers but the rest of the pages are there.

At this time it is not for sale so please don't direct message. I am still processing it.

I can say one way or the other if you have BATMAN #2.
