Slade (ISTP) is Dick's (ENFJ) arch-nemesis in that besides having completely counterpoint personalities (like INTJ Batman and ENTP Joker) both are mentor figures to the next generation, with Dick being a traditional mentor to younger Titans and Robins, while Slade constantly tries to find children to corrupt (Rose, Wallace, various Robins, etc.) or violate (Terra).
Slade is basically, "What if Wolverine (ISTP) were a bad guy?"
