While I'm glad he ripped the sleeves off, they could have had the shoulder pad things stay. Just saying. (Needs more body hair too!)

I'm kinda with Exodus, though. Multiverse/timeline hopping isn't my cup of tea, and even though Hugh stole the first 2 decades of Foxmen films, he's definitely showing his age here. The closeups of his face particularly(well done in the gym, though, to be fair). I didn't like X-Men '97 from the trailers, and it's blown me away, so I won't judge too harshly from the onset, but neither this nor the first trailer really worked for me.

I didn't like the particular design and coloration they went with in their design, which was different from the classical comics. That said, I think they also took it off so Hugh's arms would look better. Wolverine's drawn muscles are big enough to take a shoulder pad comparison. A real life 55 year old man's? Not so much.

Ha. Don’t worry. The short king stans will always have Puck. I’m sure we’ll see him and Alpha Flight in the MCU at some point.

Oh, and Hawkeye for that matter. Renner is a very little man. So’s Frank Grillo (Crossbones) for that matter. Saw him in a gym once in L.A. working out. Had to be careful not to accidentally step on him when I was racking my dumbbells as he’s small and hard to see.

I don't know where I read that the whole Wolverine sleeves thing was because Hugh Jackman had skin cancer and it's dangerous for him to be exposed to the sun.

But take it with a grain of salt because I don't know if it's true.

For some reason, Wolverine swearing feels like a kid that just discovered bad words trying to be cool.

It looks like the same old performance we've been seeing for 25 years from Jackman and more bad meme humor. Pretty much what I expected.
