Moira or Beast.....who got character assassinated the worst in the Krakoa era?

At one point, both were beloved characters. Moira as the most prominent human ally and Beast as the lovable genius of the team. However i think Krakoa has destroyed both and completely changed how they are viewed. Beast's destruction was so bad that he is no longer viable. They had to kill him off and replace him with a clone from like 40 years ago. Somehow Moira has turned into the X-men's greatest enemy and is no longer recognizable. Who do you think got it worse though?

Very hard to choose, but at least they provided a different version of Beast without Percy's stain.
I don't get the feeling that Moira will get a similar reset.
We might as well add Xavier to the poll.
I wish everything since Hickman's Inferno never happened. What a complete waste of an interesting concept.

Beast, because he was one the greatest and most popular X-Men. Never cared that much for Moira.

Moira. Whatever Hickman did may or not have been a negative for the character in the long run but what Percy and company did was garbage.

Beast has been through numerous stories where he goes against everyone or crosses the line. Dark Beast was always something that Beast was capable of becoming. Did Percy go too far? Sure, but Beast had a lot of baggage that needed to get unloaded before he was ever going to be used for anything other than the one who everyone feels like would bail on them for whatever reason bugged him that week.

She is the easiest to fix and the one who actually had the least done to. Karima was simply 'possessed' and all it takes is purging/reverting the OS process at some point.

Karima goes bad every other year. Its probably her most consistent character trait. The X-men should always expect her to betray them

For me it's Beast at the moment, because Moira's Krakoa story has a little more to go and I think somewhat of a redemption is on the horizon. Beast's future is bright though I believe. Not sure if Moira will play into the next era or any future ones.

Moira had every detail and aspect of her personality reconnected. We learned that in every appearance she's ever made she was lying and holding information.

I think that's just that most writers can't think of anything better to do with a Sentinel in X-Men stories.

Percy absolutely made Moira worst than ever, but it was Hickman who did the nonsensical heel turn in Inferno.
