Dalma will always be my favorite rogue Amazon, but there's also Inventa, Orana, Alkyone, and Derinoe (the latter two created after JLU). And Persephone in the animated WW film.

You could make an entire team out of the numerous evil Amazons we've had.

I love this idea of a team of evil Amazons.

Perhaps their formation could be from the Superwoman of E-3 somehow going to Themyscira/Reform Island and forming the team. She explains who she is, where she is from and how she has battled WW numerous time. This helps form the team.

Did the Wonder Woman comics have telepathic aliens from Saturn before the Superman comics introduced the Legion of Superheroes?

Yes, I believe it so. I think the stories with WW and Saturn were in late '40's or early 50's, quite a bit before Superboy/man and the Legion.

Pretty sure there was a Martian Manhunter book in the 2000s that had Saturnians who were said to be an artificially created race created by the Martians.
