I read Gail’s run but have absolutely no memory of this. I’m getting old.

I only support the made of clay origin.

Yes, if someone finds it, please share. I’m not having any luck.

I believe he's credited for doing the cover but not the interiors.

She also wrote a big n52 takedown calling the Amazon retcons “the death of feminism at DC” that apparently went kinda viral and it’s not up anymore but you may be able to find it archived.

Honestly I suspect she’ll be the next WW writer after Tom King, though of course we’re probably 2+ years out from that so who knows what talent will emerge between now and then.
Oh, very interesting. I actually vaguely recall reading that article of hers from way back.

Still won't read BOP but nice see a WW fan climbing the ranks in the comics.

    Me too!

I believe she did, but they had to give Karen fans some shots of her hitting Diana.

The original post is lost to Internet history but this seems to have snippets of it: https://commonplacebook.com/art/book...ook-resources/

It starts because Ares' demon children are mind controlling Power Girl so she thinks Diana's a monster and it ends with this:

PG has the upper hand at first because Diana doesn't want to fight her and we get this classic bit out of it:

Yeah, and DC was trying to appease fans of both characters.

Thanks! I love how powerful both Diana and Karen are drawn (in terms of musculature), not to mention beautiful (imo).

After reading Revenge of the Gods and Knight Terrors, I think it's an editorial mandate to keep Diana's origin as the Daughter of Zeus.
We can tell that Cloonrad have tried to avoid the whole daddy Zeus thing for a long time, but suddenly for the Revenge of the Gods event, they bring it to the fore as visibly as possible.
    G. Willow Wilson in his run twice referenced the clay origin, which makes me suspect that DC is determined to maintain the Zeus shit, and was somehow the condition imposed on GWW, Campbell and Cloonrad for the Lazarus Planet tie-in.
It's the same thing that happened with James Robinson (Jason, the gods again, etc.) after Rucka tried to undo what Azzarello imposed.
I really I don't know what to think.
