Default What is the most valuable single issue from the 80s?

Which single issue published in the 1980s would typically catch the highest price when sold?

Amazing Spider-Man #300 is probably the big one most people mention, and I think both Wolverine #1s can go for a lot, maybe more than ASM. It really depends on what values you are looking for though, like graded or raw, highest sold or average, newsstand or other variant.

I'm pretty sure John Byrne's writing/penciling debut on Fantastic Four #232 was pretty big too. There was a lot of excitement surrounding it.

I digress, but this seems like as good a place as any to ask.

Can someone explain why there seems to be a Gold Rush on eBay for Donny Cates Thor from this year?

New villain, new costume, new powers, Fortnite crossover. Spec bait.

Oh man, someone pointed out GI Joe #21, the "silent issue" with Snake Eyes and Stormshadow. Going for big bucks on ebay.
