A-Train was clocked at, I think 370 m/s? Asha can dodge bullets and rockets up close, and he's fast enough to perfectly teleport at the exact moment of a massive explosion so that he just blinks back in having "dodged" it. So he should be at least somewhat faster than A-Train just from that, and notably ramps up his speed by some nebulous amount while fighting. And then he has a host of other abilities on top of it (laser swords, explosives, high power laser rifles), and notably has a nanofield too. While the nanofield alone isn't a big deal to Iji since she has one too, it should be actively eating A-Train alive even if he does get close to Asha.
