Read the issue....... and there's definitely a surprise a-waiting for Mr. Grimm that even he didn't see coming...!!

And looks like it's only the beginning shown on those final pages...

Just to let those know about INFAMOUS IRON MAN #4, but first this quote regarding the Previous Issue.......

Read the issue....... and there's definitely a surprise a-waiting for Mr. Grimm that even he didn't see coming...!!

And looks like it's only the beginning shown on those final pages...
.....Anyway, Today's Issue obviously proceeds the current happenings within STEVE ROGERS: CAPTAIN AMERICA; but does revealed (but just a bit) about Ben Grimm in Latervia, due to IIM #4's focusing more upon the status of both Victor & Latervia.

I'll keep this short and sweet regarding about what happened to Ben Grimm during INFAMOUS IRON MAN #5

    spoilers:
After Victor confronted his mother Cynthia (who's wielding powerful magicks) but still doubting about her; Doom/IM nevertheless restored the Thing and returned him back to SHIELD
    end of spoilers.

.....And also, it's a good thing that Ben didn't see nor encounter spoilers:
Ultimate Reed Richards AKA the Maker
end of spoilers who's somehow responsible for bring Cynthia into Laternvia.

Surprising no mention of this here:

Hoping for a good writer/artist combo here. Two-in-One was one of my favorite series when I was a kid.

    Right there with you, man.

I am very curious about the talent behind this title. If they are really making it a team-up magazine with rotating guests (not JUST Thing and Human Torch teaming up every issue), I kind of hope Dan Slott is in the running. The last Thing series, which only lasted 8 issues, was a very entertaining title and it was kind of a stealth team-up book. Most of the 8 issues had the Thing teaming up with a different hero.

Slott captures the Things voice really well. I'd be down for that. With Silver Surfer coming to an end (I think) it would make sense.

Ben was only on for a couple panels in Secret Empire, but they were the highlight of the issue. A true hero among heroes.

Don't like how he lost so quickly though, I want him to get back to being strong enough to actually pose a challenge to Hulk.
