I suppose they aren't professional monster hunters since they seem so surprised a monster popped out of the sand.

Is this the new Resident evil franchise for those two. I love Mila but anytime she's the star of something I question the quality. But the monster didn't look bad, they must have gave them a budget this time around unlike the resident evil movies that had nothing to do with the games.

Diablos looks like itself. A plus for keeping the monster designs.

Wait, they went with modern soldiers being Isekai'd to MH setting? Why not have the main characters be some rookie hunters?

I guess they thought it would make it more relatable to audiences.

Kind of reminds me of the Metal Gear Solid crossover.

Looks like fun! I’m always up for a good monster flick. I’ll check it out.

If Paul WS Anderson made a Metal Gear movie, it would somehow be about an original character played by Milla Jovovich who was more important to the story than Big Boss or Snake.

As a fan of the game series I hated everything about that trailer. Only Tony Jaa's character look like he belonged.

there's something admirable about a guy getting to the point where he gets paid big bucks to make nothing but big screen fanfiction of popular franchises with a Mary Sue insert of his wife

So based on the trailer, what are the changes made to the series?

I've never played the game, so I was wondering. Premise looks neat
