    Yeah, I can't see how Starlight wins this. Maybe she can blind him, but it's likely going to be temporary (his eyes are also metallic). She's plenty strong but likely not strong enough, and his steel form doesn't slow him down, either.

    Unless there's some electromagnetic hocus pocus she can pull off. I'm not great with science.
