For me it's not so much who draws which character(s) the best, but rather whose style do I typically emulate when I set down to sketch a given character.
Storm - John Byrne mostly, but sometimes Michael Golden for some reason

I don't know about an individual character, but HCT Silvestri is his the X-Men look in my mind.

Definitely my top 5 would be: Jim Lee- Alan Davis- John Cassaday- Mateo Lolli and RB Silva, they are not in a specific order.
But if it is individual, it would be very difficult to choose.

Classic: Alan Davis and Dave Cockrum for Kurt and Kitty it would be AD and Byrne, For Psylocke AD and Silvestri, Jim Lee. Wolverine Byrne and Smith and Jr. Jr. I can't pick one.
