You can never go wrong with the Wolfman/Colan/Palmer version of Dracula from...

    Tomb of Dracula
    (April, 1972 - August, 1979)

Another personal favorite would be the George Perez version of Man-Wolf from...

    Creatures on the Loose
    (January, 1975 - September, 1975)

And lets not forget the most frightening of them all: Eddie Brock's Venom from...

    The Amazing Spider-Man #299-300
    (April, 1988 - May, 1988)

I was gonna recommend ToD to anyone that had never read it. Probably my favorite work by both Wolfman and Colan. The core cast were all really well fleshed out and there are just so many iconic moments: the intro of Blade, Rachel and Dracula reluctantly helping each other in the snow, Hannibal King's debut, and that final battle between Quincy and Dracula is EPIC. Still think Frank Drake got shafted in the long run

Notice how Gene Colan used Mont Saint Michel Abbey as Castle Dracula!

Also from the team of Wolfman/Colan, don't forget their work on the legendarily classic...
