Ironically it GOT into my A-list from our back-n-forth about Liquid Electron Gun yesterday, when I got thinking about GUNS and GUNS and GUNS and ended up rewriting the bottom of my list completely.
Now...it's going to be fun for everyone

I was surprised no-one else got it after I literally said it could be used to make an army of PPG equivalents.

I figured I'd have to fight my way through an army of PPGs from SOMEONE because I was second to-last on the list. But nope, that's all me.

In all seriousness, it is as simple as having the bearer's mind controlled allies do the deed themselves.

Even if the retaliation of the mark extends enough to reach the mind controller, the allies will probably go away themselves.

EDIT: In all seriousness, I am now trying to decide which of my two sick picks for the second ten to go with.

Incidentally, Bobisbeast asked me -about a week ago, I think?- about information from past leagues, saved prior to the board wipe.

I haven't been in position to check prior to this afternoon, but now I can confirm that I have something. While it is by no means complete, I do have partial records of each league.

Trying to compile everything in RARs now, for simplicity of transfer.

I suppose that others here are interested?
