Jason is strong and typically a zombie, the female is damned strong too and has a healing factor.

Jason is more like a super zombie. That said, he generally sticks to Camp Crystal Lake.

Both have strength and insane regen pretty comparable to the other. Kamiko has the advantage in agility and weapons training with guns. Jason has the advantage in stealth and is far more proficient with blades (both in close quarters and at a range). I feel like this fight comes down to the setting they are fighting in and what, if any other weapons are available. An open arena setting I feel definitely favors Kamiko. On the other hand, if she were to stumble onto Crystal Lake, I do not give her good odds on making it out alive.
