    Default DC Future State

    Hello,
    questions:

    https://www.cbr.com/superman-dc-future-state/
    https://www.cbr.com/dc-future-state-...universe-2021/

1.) Are this limited series like DCeased or is this the new "Main-Universe"?

    2.) what happens to:
    -Conner
    -Cassie
    -Bart, Iris West II?

Jon takes over the mantle as new Superman (AGAIN), a new female takes over the Wonder Woman mantle and down right is a black female with blonde hairs who wears the Flash logo.

I have hope for Conner, since there is a guy over Superman, who also wears a Superman Costume and he has many features of Conner
(red pants with blue top outfit, red S on black Shield), but he wears a cape....

I can’t answer the second but the first can be answered as they literally stare in the announcements that this is only for January and February, then we go back to main continuity to pick up from this years stories and any new stories. Basically January and February are filler months.

Well I guess they have the option to go back to this whenever they want.

Wait so is Luke going to be an old man around a bunch of 20 somethings?
Reading List (Super behind but reading them nonetheless):
    DC: Currently figuring that out
    Marvel: Read above
    Image: Killadelphia, Nightmare Blog
Other: The Antagonist, Something is Killing the Children, Avatar: TLAB
Manga: My Hero Academia, MHA: Vigilanties, Soul Eater: the Perfect Edition, Berserk, Hunter X Hunter, Witch Hat Atelier, Kaiju No. 8

Yeah... I'm really confused about how aging is working here. If they really wanted a black Batman of this generation they could have easily used Duke Thomas.

Also, how does Harley Quinn somehow look younger years into the future?

Didn’t the joker pump her full of chemicals?

You know, Duke would make an interesting Batman since he's a metahuman. Also I didn't even think about the Harley thing tbh, maybe slow aging is one of her powers now.

I mean for all we know DC keeps this going in its own solo ongoing or makes digital exclusive series out of it. I mean Multiversity happened and the Justice Incarnate has stuck around since and been part of stories and events.

So anything is possible so long as it’s successful I’d think.

Well I don’t think it’s unheard to leave something on the shelf for a while and then go back to it by adding another issue to the line. No reason to cancel it outright if it still has potential.

Hmmm... seems a bit all over the place but I enjoyed Convergence and this seems quite similar as others have pointed out already. Definitely interested in some of these. Great to see Jo as part of the line-up of JL and I spy Madam Xanadu as well, which is always great.

I feel like every title is JL-based. There are 20 Supermen, Batmen and Wonder Woman and even Suicide Squad is composed of new JL versions :/
More racial diversity but it kind of feels less diverse in terms of content.

There are multiple different Justice League teams, and the Justice Society hasn’t really been give a ton of spotlight so JL is the biggest team right now.

Yet, everyone is inspired by the Big 7, even the Suicide Squad.

If I can be honest I kind of like the look of Old man Clark on the variant cover of Superman vs Imperious Lex over his chained up look on Worlds at War...also I’m curious why that series is the only one that is three issues and coming out in March. It’s a bit suspicious when even Next Batman at 4 issues will finish up in February.

Yeah, poor Justice Society. At least they’re getting some spotlight in Injustice and Stargirl.
