This was in 1992's Spider-Man: Fear Itself graphic novel by Gerry Conway, Stan Lee, Ross Andru and Mike Esposito. She later turned up in Captain America #431-434 by Mark Gruenwald and Dave Hoover, denying her previous origin and marrying Zemo's son Helmut.
