note: that character in question are limited to ones that can't fly or teleports, and if Valve's portal gun doesn't work here, use Rick Sanchez' one instead

The other limitation is they can't be wider than the portal-hole. Which isn't THAT wide, so most SUMO guys are probably too big, let alone any sort of actual giant.

Actually, Rhino tops out at 90mph, though at that speed it’s difficult for him to turn sharply.

I was more hoping for scans indicating his acceleration and speed as per the rules of the board.

I don't recall anything from Rhino's presentation in comics that he's too fast that I can't just portal him at the bell.

Oh, I never said you couldn’t portal him, I just saw you say he’s none too quick, and wanted you to have all the pertinent information. Like the fact that he can’t turn well at top speed. That would def. make it easier to portal him than it would a more maneuverable character going at the same speed.

My biggest issue is where can I fire the gun? The arena is flat and sunny. I don't know if I got a shot at anywhere with enough height to open a portal and let them fall to their doom. I would love a shot at the moon, because the vaccuum would solve my accuracy issue.

Assuming that, I think I can take several A:TLA characters (Katara, Zuko, Mei(???)). The Blob is going down.

OP says you can take Rick's portal gun which doesn't even need a flat surface and can actually dimension dump people.

Portal Gun: The issue is you need a flat surface and two shooting points from a to be to set up to work. ( In 2 the biggest feat was portal shot to the moon. Issue is it could kill you too if not careful.)

Rick Gun: Just throw on random numbers, fire and close. Instant dimension dump ( superfood by far) especially as mentioned, does not need a surface.

That's it: portal gun from portal requires multiple shots. Rick's gun simply requires imagination. Even Morty can use it.

Roshi, while fast and powerful, is prone to things like that. It would take a very LONG fall to actually hurt him, but you could certainly ring out him.

Roshi is faster than a normal human to such an absurd degree, he could blitz you and take the petal fun from you faster than you could blink, much less pull the trigger.
