Her logo incorporates Zeus's Eagle, and her strength mirrors that of Zeus's son Hercules, so what about lightining?

In Azzarello's run, she had a god mode which she gave off an energy that was vaguely lighting-ish looking.
From before the Zeus daddy status but in pre-New 52, Zeus unlocked the ability to control/manipulate lighting in her bracelets in Gail Simone's run.
Prince Theno was hinted to be Wonder Woman's father, in the Silver Age. Writer/editer Robert Kanigher introduced Theno, as having been Hippolyta's lover, prior to the Amazons' move to Paradise. On a sidebar, 'Theno' literally means father, ..and, in classical times, was sometimes a reference to Zeus or gods.
That said, Theno was never revealed to be Zeus, in disguise, and Diana exhibited no electrical powers.

In Rebirth, that Justice League panel, as far as I recall she took the lightning from Olympus but she can't cast lightning herself.
I really miss Diana's "god mode". It included some neat electrical powers.
According to Wikipedia, Golden Age Diana had the ability to mentally control the electrons in her body, which sounds like an electrical power.
However, being the Golden Age, Diana was not the daughter of Zeus then, she had no father whatsoever
