As I write these I realize there really isn't a female villain who has stayed that way and remained a big presence(I would consider Catwoman and Harley Quinn bigger than many names on my list but not true villains).

I also consider Deathstroke not really a villain anymore(otherwise he would also be on my list).

Its messed up that their really aren't any good female villaiins that are actually villains.

DC should stop turning them into anti-heroes, IMO. Harley and Ivy should be villains, and I haven't read Killer Frost since she swung over to the hero side, but she was a cool villain as well.

The topic deserves its own thread, I think.

Most of Wonder Woman's rogues gallery is comprised of women, so she should really be helping with the issue of not having much variety in scary, badass ladies.

But that would require DC to care about Wonder Woman's mythos beyond making Zeus her daddy or pairing her up with Batman or Superman, and we can't have that.
