The only fighters that really matter in this fight are Naruto, Hashirama, and Minato. And Minato's only a part of the conversation thanks to his seals and Sage abilities. But, as Dark Soul said, Naruto takes this rather comfortably as by the end of the manga he pretty much has magical ninja space Jesus powers. Hashirama takes a fair second place, and Minato taking third.

Honestly, Naruto wipes out most of the rest at the opening bell by nuking the battlefield with his wide array of different Rasengans.

Is Minato fast enough to jump to Naruto at the beginning of the match and apply the Five Element Seal? If Naruto gets going, sure he wins, but if you cut off his connection to Kurama, he's toast against this crowd.
