Not like it was relevant before Krakoa, to literally any character in Marvel, but: don't the mutants still age? If they're just save-scumming their bodies and minds and souls or whatever then theoretically they'd still age like normal humans, aside from the mutants who already didn't do that.

When you die of old they give you a new body at an optimal age. It's just inmortality with a extra step.

By the time that becomes a problem, the Five's queue with all of Genosha's dead will already be solved and they are getting faster and faster.
