I've done this before last year to get a feel about how the Bat fans feel about the two main Batman titles currently.
Which one are you liking more at the moment?

I'm enjoying both equally. It is a great team to be a Batman fan again, IMO.
"So you've come to the end now alive but dead inside."
Batman, all the way. But I've been a Tynion fan for a long, long time (since 2014, with Batman Eternal), and his artists are also longtime favorites - Jimenez, March, and Pagulayan.
"We're the same thing, you and I. We're both lies that eventually became the truth." Lara Notsil, Star Wars: X-Wing: Solo Command, Aaron Allston
"All that is not eternal is eternally out of date." C. S. Lewis, The Four Loves
"There's room in our line of work for hope, too." Stephanie Brown

Batman for me, Detective hasn't felt like a must-read since (ironically(?)) Tynion left. like it hasn't been bad when I read it, but it just isn't memorable or particularly compelling. Batman at the very least consistently compels me to check it out and know what's going on, Detective doesn't do that for me.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.
currently following:
- DC: Red Hood: The Hill
- Marvel: TBD
- Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force
"power does not corrupt, power always reveals."
Batman for me as well, and this is solely due to Tynion.
While I don't really see current Detective Comics as bad or anything, for me, the last I time I truly enjoyed and was looking forward to reading and following Detective Comics was when Rebirth began and Tynion was writing it.
I think both runs are pretty indicative of their respective writers, for good or bad, so it really just comes down to what you personally want or expect from a Batman story.
Detective Comics gets my vote.
The never-ending hype that surrounds Batman is honestly a bit of a turn off for me, always has been. From my perspective, this started most noticeably with Morrison and has continued with nearly every arc of every subsequent writers run. Detective has (usually) offered solid, down-to-Earth stories that don't involve "things will never be the same!" stakes.
Oh yeah, and Brad Walker is a criminally underrated artist! Although I'd love to see him back on Aquaman, personally...
I’m enjoying both, I just wish they’d have 2-3 all writers who worked closely on the Bat family books, to make it’s continuity as cohesive and tight as possible.

Neither. Anyway if I had to choose, Batman gets my vote.
