I had no idea that The Legion of Superheroes was originally presented as children of the Superhero Club Superboy met in Adventure Comics #247. Obviously, later stories quietly overwrote that, making them one and the same, but the legacy angle was the way the Supergirl story presented it in Action Comics #267.
