    Default Spiderman best fights

    what are Peters best brawls in the main universe? Feel like reading some of them cause in my mind Peter is pretty strong mainly due to his experience now and how he mainly hold back in fights. would like any suggestions to read

    Nothing Can Stop The Juggernaut, TASM #229-230 and Coming Home, TASM (Vol. 2) #30-35 are the ones to go for.

    -- Spider-Man versus Green Goblin in in The Crime Master 2-Parter by Ditko.
    -- Spider-Man versus Juggernaut in ASM #229-230.
    -- Spider-Man versus Kingpin in Back in Black.
    -- Spider-Man versus Firelord in ASM#269-270 (and to hell to anyone who says otherwise...do not @me about this).
    -- Spider-Man versus Superman in Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man.
    -- Spider-Man versus Morlun in JMS' Coming Home.
    -- Spider-Man versus the X-Men in Secret Wars 1984.

    and my personal favorite has two awesome fight scenes between Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus in The Owl/Octopus War.
    -- One is Spectacular Spider-Man #75, where Spider-Man rips apart Doctor Octopus' arms while expositing Marvel Editorial philosophy.

    -- Then there's the rematch at the Hospital, where Ock comes back meaner and angrier and crazier than ever in Spectacular Spider-Man #79. This image covers it.

    No Spider-Man/Ock confrontation has measured up to the epicness of these moments.

    In the movies, there's only one winner...Spider-Man versus Goblin at the end of Spider-Man 1. Nothing else comes close.


    In The Spectacular Spider-Man, the fight between Spider-Man and Sandman on that moving beach in S2 was quite good.

    Spider-Man vs Norman Carnage. #30-31 of the current run. Its relatively short and if you only care about the fight then the overall plot may get in the way. But the last few pages of the climax are worth it all. Especially when you consider what's at stake and the emotional side of it all.

    The entirety of Gangland in Spectacular where Spider-Man fights Tombstone, Silvermane, and Doc Ock all at once and actually beats all of them.
