If the choices were unrestricted, I'd go with: JSA, The Terrifics, Batman Beyond. But, from this limited choice: JSA, Swamp Thing and Sandman Mystery Theater.

JSA, New Gods (or Orion), and Swamp Thing. Those three are the books that I believe will gain traction with how there is a New God movie in horizon, a Swamp Thing somewhat-cancelled TV Series, and prominence of JSA in CW universe.

JSA because they're long overdue for a relaunch and the demand is relatively high.
Robin or a Red Robin series. Tim needs to have adventures outside of the Titans sphere and Damian should have an ongoing since Batman writers never care about writing him. Unless they come back with Super Sons?
I also voted for the New Gods because I really want an ongoing. That being said, I don't trust the current crop of DC writers to do it correctly. My man Orion doesn't need to suffer more because bum writers don't understand him.

    Power Girl
    Warlord
Jsa would be my top three with Power Company being a difficult one to pass on.

JSA/All Star Squadron, World’s Finest (featuring Earth 2 Superman and Batman), Infinity Inc.

I’d have a whole set of books featuring the Earth 2 characters. They’d be their WWII versions, but I’d definitely update race and gender swaps. Like Dr. Fate, Hawkman, and Hawkgirl would be Egyptian/mixed Egyptian descendants. I don’t want legacies in the JSA. That’s what Infinity Inc is for.

    JSA, obviously xd.

Green Lantern Corps would be another obvious choice.

And Power Girl, because I liked the last series and it would be nice to see it again.

I feel its been a really long time since we've gotta a good Power Girl solo series. I enjoyed the team up book with her and Huntress that was short lived in the New 52, but as someone who hasn't had a lot of exposure to PG, I was let down.

I chose JSA.The Power Co. and The Worlds Finest.DC need more Team Books and I would Make The Worlds Finests the New Global Guardians Lead by Martain Manhunter rather than be an Anthology book.

    My exact picks!

I’d set both JSA and Power Girl on Earth 2. Keep them aligned. Not tightly connected like weaving back and forth but keep it obvious they are on the same Earth.

Brave and Bold I would tie in tighter to the overall DC universe. Example, a story runs in Flash and WW. Conclude it in B&B. Start a story in B&B let it then spread to another few books (example Nightwing, a Supergirl book if being published and then back to B&B.

Same here, but Sandman Mystery Theater was a close replacement for Brave and the Bold, but I went the latter because I think the DCU is missing team-ups more than it needs grit, even if I love noir. World's Finest I do love, but we already have Batman/Superman, so outside adding Robin to the book again it's kind of a wash.

But JSA and PG would be welcome, though I don't know if I trust a lot of writers with the latter.

Were the old team up book (world's finest, Brave Bold, etc) typically always one shots? Or did they have a part 2, or 3?

One-shots. Comics didn't traditionally do multi-issue stories back then. It happened, but it wasn't the norm.
