Looks like JSA by a wide margin, with Power Girl as the top solo title in second place. Interesting.

Blue Beetle, JSA and Captain Atom, but really Booster Gold would also be included because I'd make it Ted Blue Beetle with heavy Blue and Gold leanings, so Booster would be the second protagonist.
