Post Which Disney Villains could be a great addition in the DC comics ?

For me, I choose Yzma from the " Emperor New Groove " since she is voiced by Eatha Kitt ( the same actress who portray Catwoman in the 66' Batman tv shows) and both of the characters share a similar personality traits and could create a great "break the fouth wall" humor than the shitty HQ. Moreover, I will make her as the Batman villains since Batman need some diversity villains.

Cruella Deville. A slightly insane lady stealing dogs. Maybe moves onto other animals, including Hyenas if we want Harley to have a beef with her.
I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Bill Sykes could easily fit into a Batman story.

It would never happen, but a Pinky/ Brain vs Ratigan story.

Woudn't Cruella be more of a Catwoman villain?

Maleficent. Would be a great opponent for the SHAZAM! Family.

But she is stealing dogs not cats. Catwoman would be all, "less dogs, yes."

Now maybe if she expands and starts stealing cats, cause really are cat pelts softer anyway?
