    Default DC Comics Religious Diversity

Out of curiosity what are the religious demographics of DC heroes? I feel like Marvel does this better (Kamala Khan being one of the best known), but I could be wrong.

I pretty much only read Bat-Family titles from DC, so I know that most of the Bat-Characters are Christians. But Azrael is Catholic. And Harley Quinn, Batwoman, and Ragman are Jewish (and Flamebird is probably Jewish, but not confirmed).

I’ve seen Aquaman listed as “Atlantan Greco-Roman”.

Well, Wonder Woman's a Hellenistic pagan.

Hal Jordan is Jewish on his mother's side and Catholic on his father's side.

Atom Smasher and Colosall lad are also Jewish. Batman is also technically Jewish since his mother is I believe.

Kyle Rayner was shown to be Christian (Catholic? Not sure) in "Omega Men" but I'm not sure that's been shown as a part of his life anywhere else.

Would people like Kent Nelson and Boston Brand or Hawk& Dove be considered believing in the Lords or Order? I don't know if they ever named that a religion per se.

I believe it was established that Ray Palmer (the Atom) is also Jewish.

Khalid Nassour and Simon Baz are Muslim.

    Ragman and Batwoman are Jewish.

    Wonder Woman is a polytheist.

Gim Allon aka Colossal Boy was Jewish. I think the Bendis version is too, but don't quote me on that.

    Harley's Jewish
Starfire like other Tamaraneans worship X'Hal
    Rao for Kryptonians.
Bruce and Tim are atheists but celebrate Christmas casually
Sasha Bordeaux was the one putting up the Christmas Tree when she's Bruce's bodyguard, otherwise it's Alfred
Bunker, Miguel Jose Barragan is... Christian... Catholic?
I think Helena is specifically Catholic but I'm not sure...
Tiger King of Kandahar is a muslim, though he's not above alcohol and killing, of course, being an agent

If it's a cross it's Protestant, if it's a crucifix it's Catholic... is what I'd say but I remember one of my catholic friends uses a simple cross as well. I've seen it shown in other book, but I don't remember the... Heroes in Crisis, so also by King. In his therapy panel.

Yeah, technically are Bruce Wayne, Hal Jordan and Ray Palmer all Jewish since their mother’s were, even if their father’s weren’t?

    Isn’t Harley Quinn Jewish?
