Charlotte could fill this role too if she stopped being a villain, but who would want to remember she exists?

Throw in Maria Vasquez from the Civil War-era Heroes for Hire series (which Black Cat also starred in) as a more anti-heroic version of Tarantula.
The spider is always on the hunt.

Honestly, it makes me wish for Yakuza-style Spider-Man game.

PS4 Spider-Man was close but didn’t have enough to do.

Anya and Maria move together to the Bronx, become roommates, and develop a sister-like relationship, tying their relationship like the cartoon did

Hmm, that could be a very good Spider-Man game.

Isn't Maria a normal human though? Though I might be saying bullshit, barely remember that comic.

What would be the Spider-Man equivalent of "Majima everywhere"?

They never make entirely clear wether her powers come from the suit or if she does have actual powers. At least at some point she is shown displaying her stingers while in civilian clothing.

Venom obviously, especially if they used the Venom from the 2000 game "Surf the Web"

No. Marvel Comics is too New York focused as it is.

So what’s the difference? At least it’s not just Manhattan this way.

    You mean this?

    (Heroes for Hire#4)

'cause she rather blatantly has the suit underneath the dress, even if she's not using the lower part, plus the stingers have the exact same color scheme as her suit, so yeah, definitely a human, with good martial arts training.

Also, just found out that Heroes for Hire is the one that has this hilarious panel:

I didn't even remember Felicia was there, could swear it was Wanda lol.

Anyways, don't really see how those two could get along, checking out the comic here and Maria is kind of a fucking bloodthristy maniac, what kind of person has sex after killing animals (Heroes for Hire#9)? Was also weird Shang-Chi went for it, but at least he realized it was weird... Anyways, Anya being friends with Maria could end up being a Wolverine/Spidey situation, where the friendship makes no sense, then again, how much is Anya against killing?

Honestly this would work perfectly, but it'd probably give Donny Cates an aneurysm :P.
