Ah, Rise of Skywalker has been so generous with memes.

Anyway, don't know if any of you beautiful sons of Jawas play Star Wars Squadron but since today a free update is available, allowing us to happily kill each other with the Tie Defender and the B-Wing.

Yes, free. What a world we are living in.

It's really cool to have such a beauty as the B-wing playable in a video game. And a somewhat decent one at that.

Makes me wonder though, why in the name of Jabba is that thing rotating? Is there an actual, real purpose to that or is that just cause rebels are posers?

I mean, good ol' X-wing and Y-wing seem to be able to shoot and bombard things quite nicely without any rotating extravaganza.

It’s not a “thank you” it’s a known planned update to keep players invested. No one did that out of kindness and could be found locked in the files.

No idea why the b wing rotates. It just does.
