She might be durable enough to take hits if he lands them and she's got a sweet healing factor. So if she can climb on him and tear out his eyes, she can win this.

Having said that, a punch from Blob still wouldn't feel good and I don't think she can hurt him other than the eyes.

So, if Fred can knock her down and pin her 10 at least, he can win it. Neck breaking is also an option. Sure, she's come back from that, but he just to down her and pin her for 10.
