Would love to see more of The Drack Pack and their villains Dr. Dred and O.G.R.E. Maybe crossover with Titans cartoon.
But not just the villains alone.
Same with Space Ghost villains Council of Doom, Birdman's Fear agents, Impossibles had several fun outrageous villains, as did Blue Falcon, etc. but I wouldn't necessarily want to see them without their hero counterparts.
A decade before the Legion of Doom were gathered the Council of Doom!
Impossibles villains...

Or essentially just assemble the Really Rottens
