No I don't think so, mainly because John Constantine is only very recent to mainline continuity after being in the Vertigo books for a while.

To my knowledge, she's never showed up in either Hellblazer or JLD, so unless John has shown up in one of her recurring titles, I don't think so.

I feel like the closest they've been in proximity to each other would be Trinity War, but I'm not sure if they actually interacted.

That would be a team up I’d love to see. Two of the best “chess players” in the DCU. Both willing to sacrifice others for the greater good. Lots of story potential.
