It's a series were each issue fills in a un finished plot point. And that's a unfinished plot point.

I just remember the last time they let Claremont fill in a gap in continuity was in The Exterminated and it gave Maddie and Cyclops a weird happy ending that didn't make sense because we all knew what happened next.

Technically X of Swords has the unfinished plot point of how the tournament will end, maybe they should write it here, tbh.
